Passey Homes are local Sunshine Coast builders who specialise in new home construction and extensions. A family business with the single goal of delivering the best possible home for our clients.
Our team is small but experienced, two builders, brothers (Corey and Ben) who have been living on the Sunshine Coast for 45 years and building homes for decades and our nephew (Oli) apprentice. Along with experienced office staff who help with a smooth flow throughout the build and offer great customer support. We only use the very best tradespeople and subcontractors and only use quality materials from the very best local suppliers to deliver a home we are proud of every single time. We only take enough work we can handle which helps us maintain the quality and gives our clients the attention they deserve. Our team is made up of only experienced industry professionals driven by the singular goal of providing our clients with a home and an experience that is unique and positive – the way it should be.

COREY PASSEY
Director – Builder
Born and raised on the Sunshine Coast, Corey completed his carpentry and building apprenticeship under the experienced guidance of his father and uncle within the family business, “Passey Homes”. Shortly after completing, Corey made the bold decision to move to New Zealand and became the youngest ever franchisee of a very well known construction franchise group. Over a 10 year period Corey built homes for over 400 happy clients and became a well known builder within his region. Corey has had many other roles within the building industry spanning over 25 years and is excited about carrying on the family business of building homes for happy clients on the Sunshine Coast.
MANDY KATO
Admin & Operations Coordinator
Having grown up in Brisbane and moving to the Sunshine Coast in 2008, Mandy is very familiar with the South East corner. She spent the first half of her career in accounting before taking up a role within the administration team in construction. Learning the construction industry was something Mandy became quite passionate about very quickly and before long was appointed the Team Leader for a Client Liaison Team of 5 with a big builder here on the Coast. She enjoyed that role for quite some years before joining Passey Homes for a more personal journey.
Mandy really enjoys being involved in all processes of a build, from sales, estimating, contracts administration, colour selections and building approvals and of course, the actual construction of the home, not forgetting the handover. She loves a challenge and is very much a problem solver. Mandy will get to know your build just as much as you know it and will endeavour to keep things rolling behind the scenes whilst Corey is out on site.
