Our 7 step collaborative approach is about us working closely with our clients to create, build and deliver a unique home to an available budget, all the while enjoying the process along the way.
We pride ourselves on honest and open communication, and are not interested in just winning a job over someone else. Building a home is a partnership and anyone involved needs to be on the same page – from our internal team, to trades and suppliers, all the way through to our clients.
COLLECTION
So you’re interested in building with Passey Homes… excellent! You’re in good hands. You’ll share your vision and we’ll work together to create your dream home. We’ll gather all documentation needed so we can put together an estimate costing and draft plan for your proposed new home.
OUR PROPOSAL
We now have your vision and your priceline and now our expert team here at Passey Homes will put this all together to form our proposal to you. Our proposal will consist of plans and pricing and all inclusions so there won’t be any surprises down the track. This is the best time to make any changes prior to the contract plans being drawn.
THE CONTRACT
Let’s make this formal !
In this stage we will have full plans, slab engineering, colour selection and fixed pricing all finalised. We’ll put this into a formal HIA contract for both parties to sign off. This is where we get really excited. You can now finalise your finance!
THE APPROVAL
It’s now time to get some permission.
We will lodge the building approval with council – this will take approximately 2 to 4 weeks for all approvals to come in – that gives you time to finalise the finances with the bank.

HANDOVER
Here comes the BEST part – the handover of your new home!
Your new home is 100% finished. The final payment has been made and we will arrange to meet you at your new home so you can be present with the keys!

MAINTENANCE
You’ll never be forgotten with Passey Homes. We’ll check in with you to ensure everything is going as it should be, however if there are any items of concern, we’re always here to help you.
